I often say that bearings may seem insignificant, but they bear the weight and rotation of the entire industrial world.

And I have spent almost my entire life working with bearings.

An Entrepreneur Who Came from the Front Lines of Engineering

In the early 1990s, I worked in the field of equipment manufacturing and heavy machinery. At that time, many major engineering projects were starting in China, but the large diameter bearings that could reliably support the operation of large equipment were mostly imported.

I witnessed many situations firsthand:

The equipment itself was fine, but due to insufficient bearing precision and short lifespan, it was forced to shut down;

A set of foreign bearings was expensive and had long delivery times, and if a problem occurred, the entire production line would have to wait.

At that time, I wondered:

Could China have a truly reliable and long-lasting large diameter bearings company?

Not one that competes on price, but one that customers can confidently entrust their critical equipment to.

In 1992, with this idea in mind, I founded LTZC in Luoyang.

The Original Intention of the Business: Not "Selling slewing Bearings," but Solving bearingProblems

The early days of the business were very difficult. Equipment was limited, personnel were few, and the market was not yet mature.

But I always insisted on one thing: bearings are not just standard parts to be bought and sold, but part of a system engineering process.

From the very beginning, we clearly defined our position—

Focusing heavy-dduty bearings and slewing bearings, making products that others are unwilling to make or find difficult to make well.

What customers give us is not just an order, but the "vital joints" of a crane, a tunnel boring machine, or a wind power generation system.

If a bearing fails, the loss is never just a single component.

So the sentence I say most often to my team is:

"Making our customers' operations more precise is the meaning of our existence."

For over twenty years, we have only done one thing: making bearings well.

Many people ask me, what is LTZC's greatest advantage after so many years of development?

It's not scale, nor is it marketing, but the long-term commitment to the details of bearing manufacturing.

We continuously invest in processing and testing equipment, improving our capabilities across the entire process from bearing forging, heat treatment, precision machining to testing;

Bearing precision from P0 to P6, P5, P4 is not just written on paper, but achieved through meticulous craftsmanship in every process. Today, LTZC's products include:

Sizes are getting larger, and operating conditions are becoming more complex, but our principle has never changed:
