LTZC slewing bearings utilize high-quality materials such as 42CrMo, 50Mn, alloy tempered steel, and corrosion-resistant materials, and are equipped with precision grinding equipment to strictly control bearing accuracy. For example: raceway hardening reaches HRC 55–62; gear hardening depth reaches 2.2–4.0 mm; surface roughness is controlled at Ra 0.8–1.6 μm. These high standards ensure stable operation of the bearings within a temperature range of -25°C to +80°C, maintaining long service life and excellent performance even in high-impact environments such as wind power and marine engineering.
LTZC slewing bearings feature a triple-protection sealing system (outer seal + inner seal + dustproof lip), effectively preventing leakage of dust, sediment, seawater, and grease.
