The contact area and contact points between the rolling elements and raceways are far greater than those of single/double-row bearings. It is not designed for high speeds, but is primarily suited for slewing mechanisms in cranes, excavators, port machinery, and wind turbine mainframes, where rotational speeds are low (typically operating speed < 50 r/min, maximum speed < 200 r/min) and loads are extremely heavy.
Bearing manufacturing : The inner and outer rings of the LTZC three-row roller slewing bearing are typically made of materials such as 42CrMo, 50Mn, and 45# steel, undergoing quenching and tempering treatment to achieve a hardness between 170HB and 340HB,ensuring durability and a long service life. The rolling elements are typically made of GCr15 or GCr15SiMn bearing steel, with a hardness of 58-62HRC. The cage is usually made of nylon, and the seals are typically made of butyl rubber or fluororubber.
